The Des Moines Civic Center Ticket Office is getting an update! As part of our commitment to enhancing your experience at our venues, we are renovating the ticket office area to provide a more modern, comfortable, and efficient space for all our patrons and staff.

What You Need to Know:

Closure Dates: The ticket office lobby will be closed for renovations through August 20. During this period, the ticket office will not be accessible to in-person visitors.

How to Purchase Tickets: While the lobby is closed, you can still easily purchase your tickets or address any ticket-related needs by visiting our website at DMPA.org or by calling our ticket office at (515) 246-2300. Our friendly staff is ready to assist you with any inquiries or purchases over the phone.
