The World’s Foremost Gender-Skewering Comic Ballet Company
Toeing the line between high art and high camp, Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo is an international phenomenon of 16 gender-skewering beloved burly dancers. Celebrating almost 50 years, they have been delighting audiences of all ages at sell-out performances featuring their fabulous sense of fun through flawless dance as they perform parodies of famed ballet classics. The "Trocks," as they are affectionately known, boast a wicked comedic sense of humor which is only outmatched by their panache and technical prowess. Every performance frivolously froths with tutus and testosterone, blush-pink ballet pumps, fierce false eyelashes and prima ballerina attitude.

Age Recommendation
BEYOND THE PERFORMANCE
MASTERCLASS
This Master Class will be taught by the Ballet Master or a Senior Company Member. Participants will be given a short barre and some center work before learning excerpts of classical repertoire; first as performed by the world’s great ballet companies to then compare it to the Trocks’ satirical version. Best for Intermediate to advanced ballet students of similar level of training. Repertoire will be tailored to suit the level of training.
