Join us downtown Des Moines in Cowles Commons for the 7th annual Hoops and Hops Presented by Willis Nissan. Don't miss this NCAA basketball tournament watch party unlike any other! 

Enjoy all the NCAA Tournament action in a heated tent and keep your spirits high with beverages from the Thirsty Pigs. Multiple food trucks will also be on hand to satisfy your appetite. And the best part? There's no admission fee, so bring your friends and family for a memorable and budget-friendly celebration. Don't miss out on this exciting event – see you there!

Highlights for this year’s event include:

  • Food Trucks - Big Red Food Truck, 2nd Avenue Sandwiches, Roadside Tacos, and Hotsy Totsy
  • Beverages: Thirsty Pigs Mobile Events
  • Two basketball courts
  • Music all day long
  • Sound for the games will be played when teams of local interest are playing
  • Large Heated Tent with Large Screen TVs
