Morgan's Journey

February 25 - March 1, 2019 Temple Theater

MORGAN'S JOURNEY (CANADA)

GRADES PREK-1

From the moment of his birth, we follow Morgan the Clown on an intriguing journey of discovery, learning valuable lessons along the way about love, friendship, and the true meaning of happiness.

The play is a captivating exploration of joyous yet challenging life experiences and offers audiences a unique opportunity for active participation. We share Morgan's delight as he celebrates his first birthday and meets his first friend, a humble sock puppet named Herkimer who becomes his companion and mentor. And we help guide Morgan along his journey through moments of happiness, jealousy, and compassion.

Morgan’s Journey is a piece of interactive theatrical magic that has become the longest-running touring play in Canadian history. It won the prestigious Chalmers Award for Outstanding Play and has rightly earned the distinction given to it, "a true family classic."

“There's no praise too high for a piece of theatre that can encourage children to reflect on and value their own lives in this way." –The Scotsman
