Only Season Ticket Holders are first in line to immediately access the best seats for 4-show packages and save up to 15% on ticket prices.  

Can’t make it to your scheduled performance? You can move your Season Ticket seats into a different performance of the engagement. You may also request to move your Season Ticket seats into different seats for your scheduled performance time.*  

*If new tickets are higher priced than original tickets, payment for the difference will be applied at the time of the exchange. Ticket exchange requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the production’s engagement. Ticket exchanges can be made in-person at the Civic Center Ticket Office or by calling (515) 246-2322.

You can swap your tickets from one production in the Family Series Season Ticket Package to a Package Add-On production OR any Des Moines Performing Arts presentation in the Broadway Series, Temple Comedy Series, Dance Series, Live at the Temple Concert Series or Nat Geo Live Series* 

*If you are swapping shows into a Broadway Package Add-On, you may do this at any time. All other show swaps will begin when tickets for your desired production go on public sale. If new tickets are higher priced than original tickets, payment for the difference will be applied at the time of substitution. These requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled curtain time. Show substitutions can be made in-person at the Civic Center Ticket Office or by calling (515)246-2322.
