Why are my tickets being automatically renewed?

Your tickets are being automatically renewed to ensure a seamless and hassle-free experience for you, our valued season ticket holders. This allows you to secure your seats for future seasons without the need for manual renewal each year.

WHAT IF I AM ALREADY ENROLLED IN AUTO RENEW?

If you're already enrolled in the auto renew program, there's no need to take any additional action. Your season ticket package will continue to be automatically renewed for future seasons unless you choose to cancel your season tickets.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SEASON TICKET RENEWAL?

You can cancel your season ticket renewal at any time by calling our Ticket Office at (515) 246-2300 or by canceling here. We've streamlined the process to make managing your season tickets according to your preferences easy. 

WHAT IF I DON’T WANT MY TICKETS AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED?

If you prefer not to have your tickets automatically renewed, you may cancel your season ticket package renewal at any time. Canceling your season tickets will prevent you from renewing your existing season ticket package location for future seasons. You will only be able to access future season tickets as a new season ticket holder. Canceling your season ticket renewal for future seasons will not affect your current season ticket package.  

When will I be charged for my automatically renewing Season Tickets?

Each year, prior to being charged, you will receive an email notification confirming the price of your new season ticket package and the date you will be charged 

When do I purchase add-on performances?

Season ticket holders can purchase add-on performances at the time of the Willis Broadway Series Season Announcement before the public. We'll notify you when add-on performances are available, and you can secure your tickets through our website, ticket office, or phone at (515) 246-2300. 

How can I submit a seat change request for my Season Ticket package?

You may submit a seat change request by clicking here or by calling our Ticket Office at (515) 246-2300. We start collecting seat change requests at the time of the Willis Broadway Series Season Announcement. 

HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF I RENEWED ALREADY OR NOT?

Please log into your account to view your upcoming events. Changes to your package such as show substitutions and ticket exchanges will be available at a later date.

ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE WHEN I RENEW?

Yes! You can sign up for our monthly or 2-pay payment plans when you renew or order online, over the phone or at our ticket office.

When will I get my tickets?

We are making it even more convenient to access any tickets purchased through Des Moines Performing Arts with the launch of our all-new, free mobile app. Download the app today and get ready for your future performance. From the app you will be able to access all of your tickets including those for our resident companies like the Des Moines Symphony. This app is the most convenient way to access your tickets, browse upcoming events, and much more! 

Your ticket barcode will appear 72 hours prior to your performance time.

When can I do exchanges or substitutions for the Broadway shows?

You will be able to do exchanges and substitutions when we open subscriber access later this summer or fall. Watch your email for further communications.
