Already Renewed for the 2023-24 Season but not enrolled in Auto Renewed? You can still sign up for Auto Renew at any time for the 2024-25 season. Click here to enroll in Auto Renew.
By enrolling in Auto Renew, you are opting to automatically renew your current season ticket seats annually. Your seats will be renewed automatically each season with the payment method and plan selected for your Willis Broadway Series renewal. Des Moines Performing Arts will notify you each year, prior to the season announcement, to confirm your season ticket pricing and order processing. A valid e-mail address and credit card are required. You may opt out of Auto Renew at any time by calling (515) 246-2322 or by visiting DMPA.org.

Can’t make it to your scheduled performance? You can move your Season Ticket seats into a different performance of the engagement. You may also request to move your Season Ticket seats into different seats for your scheduled performance time.
Restrictions and Ticket Limits will apply.
If new tickets are higher priced than original tickets, payment for the difference will be applied at the time of exchange. Exchanges requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the performance you are switching out of. Exchanges can be made in-person at the Civic Center Ticket Office or by calling (515) 246-2300.
You can move your tickets from two productions in the Willis Broadway Series Season Ticket Package to any Broadway Package Add-On production OR any Des Moines Performing Arts presentation in the Live at the Temple Concert Series or National Geographic Live Series or Dance Series. Additional restrictions will apply.
If new tickets are higher priced than original tickets, payment for the difference will be applied at the time of substitution. Substitutions requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the production’s engagement. Show substitutions can be made in-person at the Civic Center Ticket Office or by calling (515) 246-2300.
You can purchase seats for Willis Broadway Series Package Add-On productions as soon as you renew your seats and lock in the lowest prices of the season for those productions!
