In the face of the everchanging circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 virus, Des Moines Performing Arts is postponing this event.

Three actresses illuminate the turbulent and passionate life which Anne Sexton chronicled so brilliantly in her poetry and letters.  By illustrating her own life in her own words, she draws an intensely personal portrait that chronicles the modern woman's struggle to "have it all" while living the "American Dream"

It is a universal voice that celebrates birth and death in a startling and stunning confessional tone, not heard before her celebrated work.
