Event Details
Grades 4-8
There is no more masterful practitioner of the art of juggling than Greg Kennedy, two-time gold medalist at the International Jugglers’ Association Championship and former Cirque du Soleil performer. Originally trained as an engineer, Greg Kennedy uses the principles of geometry and physics to create groundbreaking work with original apparatus. As a young person, he quickly made a name for himself in the juggling community not only by his skills in traditional juggling technique, but also for creating entirely new forms.
This production for school audiences focuses on Greg's journey from professional engineer to world renowned juggler and gives the audience perspective on how science and art unite. Greg’s story inspires viewers to creatively match their talents and knowledge to pursue their passions!
