Hubbard Street Dance Chicago is among the most original forces in contemporary dance. As one of the only professional dance companies to perform year-round, Hubbard Street is continually touring nationwide and internationally. Now in its 39th year, the main company has appeared in celebrated dance venues in 44 states and 19 countries.

Pre-Show DANCEtalk
Join us at 6:30 PM at the Des Moines Civic Center on the day of the performance to learn more about Hubbard Street Dance Chicago and the evening's performance. We will be joined by a member of the company's artistic staff for a thirty minute chat that will include time for audience questions.
Post-Show DANCEtalk
Stay late after the Hubbard Street Dance Chicago performance at the Des Moines Civic Center for a Q&A with the dancers. Join us at the front of the theater immediately after the performance for a chance to hear directly from the dancers about their experiences.
