Iowa Stage Theatre Company: Chipmunk'd

Following a successful run at Riverside Theater in Iowa City, writer/performer Megan Gogerty brings her one-woman show to Iowa Stage Theatre Company! When Megan gets bit by a chipmunk, it sets in motion a series of hilarious disasters involving hospitals, roller skating, plumbing, psychedelics, and marriage. As described by Riverside Theater, “A comedy about love, sex, and existential dread, CHIPMUNK’D is the play for when you don’t know whether to laugh or cry.” Megan was recognized with a special Cloris Award for Lady Macbeth and Her Pal Megan, and Iowa Stage Theatre Company is delighted to welcome her back to the Des Moines stage.
