Grades preK-3
123 Andrés (Uno Dos Tres Andrés) is a 2016 Latin Grammy-winning singer-songwriter with a passion for using music to promote learning. Their catchy songs and lively concerts get the whole audience dancing and learning in Spanish and English.
“Rock star[s] for little language learners” (Billboard Magazine) husband-wife team, Andrés and Christina, have performed for audiences across the US and in Puerto Rico, Panama, Mexico, and Colombia. With songs that explore cultural and curriculum connections while having fun through interactive music, they inspire students to sing and dance while learning about geography, language, and Latino culture.
Andrés grew up in Bogotá, Colombia, and learned how to play the guitar from his father. Christina was raised in the US in a Spanish-speaking family hailing from Colombia and studied theater and dance as a child. After serving as a classroom teacher in public schools and earning a Masters in Education, she found her mission in teaching through music. Teachers, authors, and musicians, 123 Andrés will delight kids and their grown-ups!
